1. Contact
The data controller for this site is BondLattice Academy, reachable at welcome@net-bond.one. Postal correspondence should use the address published on the Contact page.
We route privacy requests to a small internal team. Complex requests may require identity verification to protect you from impersonation.
2. Use of data
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver programs you purchase, improve site clarity, and meet legal obligations in the Republic of Korea.
We do not sell personal data. We do not build secret profiles for unrelated industries. Training analytics are aggregated when possible.
3. Third parties
We share data with processors such as email delivery providers and hosting partners bound by contracts. We require deletion or return when services end.
If we add a processor that touches sensitive categories, we update this statement and, where required, seek consent.
4. Scope
This statement covers data collected through net-bond.one and related enrollment flows we operate directly. It does not cover partner sites you reach through outbound links.
Enterprise clients may have separate data agreements. Those agreements add detail but do not reduce baseline protections unless law permits.
5. Retention
We retain contact form submissions long enough to complete conversations and follow-ups, typically under twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for disputes.
Billing records follow statutory retention periods under Korean law. Learning records follow the period stated in your order form.
6. Rights
Depending on your situation, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority where applicable law allows.
We will explain any limitations on rights when legal exceptions apply, in plain language rather than coded jargon.
7. Data collected
We may collect identifiers such as name, email address, company, phone number, and message content. Technical logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps.
We avoid collecting sensitive categories unless you choose to send them in a message. Please do not send government identifiers unless an enrollment process explicitly requires them.
8. Security measures
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor reviews. No online system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach that risks your rights, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
9. International transfers
If we transfer data outside Korea, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions when available. Copies of safeguards can be requested by email.
10. Automated decisions
We do not use fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for public site visitors. Enrollment decisions may use structured criteria reviewed by humans.
11. Policy changes
Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Where consent is required, we will seek fresh consent before expanding optional processing.
