User Agreement

You agree to provide accurate information during enrollment and to keep login credentials confidential. You will not misuse materials to misrepresent compliance readiness to regulators or partners.

You also agree not to scrape the site in ways that degrade performance for other visitors or attempt unauthorized access to administrative areas.

BondLattice Academy provides professional education, workshops, and related materials described on each program page. Features may evolve as we improve clarity and pedagogy.

Informational pricing on the site is not a binding offer until confirmed through an enrollment agreement.

By purchasing, registering, or continuing to use paid materials after notice, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where mandatory law prohibits such exclusions.

Course materials are licensed for your internal learning use unless a separate enterprise license states otherwise. You may not resell templates verbatim as a competing curriculum without written permission.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve products without obligation to compensate you, except where a signed agreement promises otherwise.

We may suspend access for conduct that harms other participants or violates law. You may stop using services at any time; refund rules still apply where relevant.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere, except where consumer protections require otherwise.

Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation for thirty days before initiating formal proceedings. Venue and jurisdiction follow applicable Korean rules for consumer and business disputes respectively.

We may update terms to reflect new programs or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with a new date and, where appropriate, additional notice to active participants.

Legal notices to BondLattice Academy should be sent to the postal address on the Contact page with a copy to welcome@net-bond.one. Electronic notices to you go to the email on file.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect to the maximum extent permitted.
