1. Contact
Refund requests should be emailed to welcome@net-bond.one with your order reference, cohort name, and reason for the request. We may ask clarifying questions to route the request correctly.
2. Process
We acknowledge requests within five business days. Approved refunds are initiated through the same payment channel used for purchase when technically possible.
If a channel cannot receive refunds, we propose an alternative such as credit toward a future cohort.
3. Scope
This policy applies to tuition-style programs sold directly by BondLattice Academy through our official enrollment paths. Third-party resellers follow their own policies unless a written agreement states otherwise.
4. Timeframe
You may cancel within fourteen days of purchase for eligible digital products that have not been substantially accessed, consistent with consumer protection principles in Korea.
After access thresholds described below, partial refunds may still apply depending on cohort progress.
5. Exceptions
Custom enterprise workshops that required non-refundable vendor deposits may carry partial non-refundable portions disclosed before purchase.
Certificates already issued for completed milestones may reduce refund amounts because the milestone cannot be un-earned.
6. Eligibility
Eligibility depends on cohort start date, materials downloaded, and live sessions attended. We publish access thresholds in each order summary.
If you are unsure about eligibility, email us before attending live sessions to preserve the widest fair options.
7. Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be calculated by subtracting the value of consumed modules, facilitator time, and shipped materials from the purchase price. We show the calculation in writing.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating payment disputes. Many issues resolve faster through direct communication and keep your access from being paused unnecessarily.
9. Cancellations by BondLattice Academy
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. We are not liable for incidental travel costs beyond what mandatory law requires.
10. Refund methods and timing
Refunds typically post within ten business days after approval, depending on card networks and their partners. We do not control intermediary delays.
11. Consumer rights under Korean law
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the Act on the Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerce and other applicable Korean statutes. If a term conflicts with mandatory law, the law prevails.
