Teaching reconciliation sync without numeric theater

We removed numeric overlays from teaching slides after cohorts confused classroom examples with production metrics. States matter more than figures in early training because states drive ownership.
We rehearse handoffs with paper timelines first. Paper slows people down enough to catch ambiguous verbs like cleared or settled. We replace them with reconciliation synced or pending vendor message.
We also document negative space: what the course will not automate. Automation belongs to engineering programs with their own governance.
Finally, we share a limitation. We do not access your queues. All scenarios use fixtures; translating them to live systems remains your internal work.
